At the invitation of Tramontina, in early May, managing director Francielo Fardo, sales agent Andréia Oliveira, and Environment and Certifications manager Jackeline Campello participated in an environmental initiative on the coast of Paraná together with the Voice of the Oceans movement, the Clean Plastic Group, and the ECOLOCAL Brasil organization. Together, they helped clean up the beach. 

The initiative aimed to collect solid waste and raise awareness about marine pollution. Even though it is an uninhabited area with no residents in the region, various types of waste were found, such as glass bottles, cans, light bulbs, pieces of furniture, shoes, fishing nets, and even items from other countries, a clear reflection of improper disposal and a lack of shared responsibility. “It was a powerful experience that reinforces the company's commitment to sustainability and the circular economy,” comments Francielo.
