With the theme “Every day is Safety, Health, and Environment Day,” Colorfix promoted its 2025 Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT) between August 11 and 15. A total of 200 employees participated in lectures and group dynamics, reinforcing the importance of health, safety, and well-being in the workplace.

Among the topics covered this year were:

• Review of the Code of Conduct
• Mental Health and Psychosocial Factors
• Violence, harassment, equality, and diversity
• Myths, truths, and environmental workarounds
• Safety, Health, and Environment

Throughout the week, there were also raffles for gifts, provided by both Colorfix and service providers and suppliers, making the moment even more special and motivating.

Sipat 2025 not only reinforced our company's values, but also provided us with important food for thought on the importance of safety in our daily lives. Unfortunately, that same week, a tragedy occurred at a neighboring company, where an explosion left 9 people missing and 7 injured. Our thoughts are with the families and colleagues affected by this sad event. May the lessons learned and actions taken this week inspire us to preserve our safety, health, and the environment, ensuring that we can all return home safely every day," commented Occupational Safety Technician Rodrigo Manoel.
